The KeyCentrix customer service and installation teams are committed to ensuring that each user maximizes the return of the RxKey software. All installations are held on-site and pre-installation training is offered to enable user to build confidence with the product. Our customer service team is comprised of highly skilled pharmacy technicians who all have a minimum of five years of pharmacy experience along with hardware and networking expertise. This team is accessible to our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Web-based training sessions are offered to highlight new features, share best practices and provide additional methods for maximizing the abilities of RxKey.
The KeyCentrix team is focused on advancing pharmacy practice by providing process improvements based on individual needs and workload. A consultative evaluation of each client is used to recommend solutions to expand business from multiple perspectives. A customizable workflow system, commercial insurance verification, specialized AWP resubmit, integrated inventory control system and manufacturer reimbursement opportunities are a few of the functionalities that are offered by RxKey.
